Terms and conditions for the Deepconverter web application

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions: By using the Deepconverter application, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the application.
2. Property: The Deepconverter web application and all its elements, including the design, text, images, source code and any other material, are the property of DEEPCOAI SAS. The intellectual property of all these elements also belongs to DEEPCOAI SAS. It is prohibited to use the application or any of its elements to create products or services without the prior written consent of DEEPCOAI SAS.
3. How to use the application: Deepconverter application allows you to convert files to different formats and download the output file via a public link. All files are uploaded anonymously. The original file uploaded by the user is used only to perform the conversion to the output format and is then immediately deleted. The converted or output file is deleted from the server 10 minutes after it is created. The download link is valid for 10 minutes from the time of conversion.
4. Intellectual Property: You are the sole owner of the files you upload to the application. The application does not acquire any right over the files you upload. By using the application you authorize the application to make the necessary modifications to the file you are uploading, the same modifications that will be reflected in the output file available for download.
5. Service limit: We reserve the right to limit the service at any moment. Also, some of the free available conversions currently have a maximum user limit per month. To do so, we perform IP and user agent tracking.
6. User data: Additional to the mention in the rest of the document, we reserve the right to store anonymous statistical data of our services, such as but not limited to country and type of conversion done. The emails registered by the users for the waitlist are only used to send updates to the user about the service they subscribed to, as well as general news about the company and other services. We reserve the right to use this information for marketing purposes in the future, such as but not limited to sending special offers about our services or our partners' services.
7. Restriction on the Use of Ad Blockers: By accessing Deepconverter's website, you agree and commit to not using any kind of ad blocker while visiting our website. The use of ad blockers is prohibited and may negatively impact the functionality and user experience of the website.
8. Liability: The Deepconverter application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The application shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may result from the use of the application.
9. Changes to Services: We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change, modify or discontinue providing any service or feature of the services we offer. We may also create limits to the services without notice or liability. We may permanently or temporarily suspend access to the services without notice or liability for any reason, or for no reason at all.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes to the terms and conditions, we will post the new version on this page and the "last updated" date will be updated. By continuing to use the application after changes to the terms and conditions are posted, you accept and agree to the updated terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
